Tension Engagement Rings

We’ve been hearing a lot about Tension settings recently and while they’re not common, they are certainly unique. A tension ring uses pressure, instead of prongs or other mountings to hold the diamond (or gemstone) in place, making it seem like the diamond is floating in the air.  Since the 1960s, many argue that the tension setting is even more secure than a four or six prong setting, and can last over a hundred years without a loss of pressure.
