Emerald Green. It’s Pantone’s color of the year and we couldn’t be more in love with this color. Color is everywhere from wedding gowns to engagement rings so why not go bold? We are particularly loving this stunning emerald cut emerald engagement ring from Gemvara.
And this pear emerald engagement ring in a halo setting from Etsy.
Today we have a stunner for you – a 3.4 carat emerald cut engagement ring from Philippine jeweler Hans Brumann. This modern design features a 2.7 carat center emerald cut diamond flanked by two emerald cut side stones set in platinum. What a rock!
Happy Monday! We took a mini posting vacation last week to celebrate the 4th of July and to work on a few exciting things for our sister site, Idojour.com, but we’re back and ready to share some gorgeous rings with you this week, starting with the feminine floral collection from ArtCarved Bridal.
You can don a ring similar to the one Brad Pitt designed for Angelina Jolie with Gemvara’s collection of Evelyn rings, now available for $1195. You can customize the emerald cut center stone and side stone with whatever gemstone and metal you would like.
I channeled my inner Angelina and had some fun making a few of my own Evelyn rings. I guess I have expensive taste because they are all $8k+! Here are some of my designs…
…with smoky quartz and white sapphires in platinum
…with tanzanite and blue topaz in white gold
…with pink tourmeline and garnet in 18k yellow gold
In honor of Brad and Angelina’s engagement, we wanted to check out some of the incredible pieces on jeweler Robert Procop’s site, and my oh my are they stunning. We were particularly taken with this pink diamond emerald cut eternity band – maybe because it is so perfect that it looks like someone colored it with a bubble gum pink crayon. We kid, we kid. Now that is some serious bling.
