Pop!! The contrast of these deep blue sapphires, the diamond accents, and gold setting are ravishing. And, you lucked out today. Not only do we have a ring for you to adore, but we have the matching broach too!
It being the first full week of September, we thought we’d celebrate sapphires – the birthstone for this month. You may not know this little piece of trivia, but not all sapphires are blue. In fact, they come in a variety of colors…even green! Today’s ring is a light green sapphire and diamond floral cocktail ring that is such a delicate beauty. And, its an antique!
We love leaving you with jaw dropping eye candy every Friday. This morning’s ring is absolutely stunning with its triple bands of diamonds that converge into a surprising single sapphire bottom band. Scroll down and you will see what we mean.
I saw this story on the news yesterday morning and dug it up so we could all imagine what this rock would look like on a ring. Pictured below is an emerald recently discovered in North Carolina thats considered to be the largest cut gem ever recovered from North America. The guy who dug up this 64-carat whopper said it was so big it looked like an "empty 7 Up bottle". Crazy! Oh, and I love the emerald's nickname…the Carolina Emperor. Check out this article for the full story.
