QUEEN ELIZABETH II was presented with this 3 carat diamond solitaire engagement ring from Prince Philip of Greece and Denmark, which came from his mother’s tiara. They married in 1947.
GRACE KELLY‘s Cartier 10.47 carat emerald cut engagement ring from Prince Ranier III of Monaco is simply stunning, as was her 1956 fairytale wedding.

SARAH FERGUSON‘s engagement ring from Prince Andrew, who she wed in 1986, was a fiery red Burmese ruby surrounded by diamonds from Garrards.
PRINCESS MATHILDE married Belgium’s heir apparent Prince Philippe in 1999. He proposed with a large oval cut ruby engagement ring.
SOPHIE RHYS JONES received this beautiful 2 carat oval cut diamond with heart shaped side stones from Garrards when she married Prince Edward (the youngest son of Queen Elizabeth II) in 1999.

KATE MIDDLETON was famously presented with Princess Diana’s sapphire engagement ring when William proposed in 2009. Their 2010 wedding was one for the record books.

Jennifer Lopez has a lot of entries here on RingSpotters and now that she is dating dancer Casper Smart, the engagement rumors (naturally) are floating around. We personally don’t think she is engaged or planning on it, but she was photographed at Paris Fashion week sporting this very large diamond engagement ring on her left hand.
