Celebrity Engagement Ring: Catherine Zeta-Jones

Michael Douglas gave Catherine Zeta-Jones quite the stunner of an engagement ring. This gorgeous 10 carat Fred Leighton piece is unique in that the stone is set horizontally unlike most marquise cut diamonds which are typically positioned lengthwise. We can only imagine what it must look like up close.
