Celebrity Engagement Ring: Paris Hilton

In 2005, Paris Latsis proposed to Paris Hilton with this massive 24 carat engagement ring. It was so large that Hilton would complain that it was too heavy, so Latsis purchased a Cartier eternity band for her to wear when the other ring was “too much”.  They broke up 6 months later.
